Yes I know Barclay dived as well but faking being hit in the face is lowest common denomenator stuff that I don't want in my club, especially not with a home grown player. I hope you realise and regret what you've done and come out with an apology soon.

I think what he is saying is that sometimes you do things instinctively, in the heat of the moment, without thinking.
Exactly what Barkley did. Looking back at the replay he will think he made himself look a cunt but at the time what he did was instinctive and done without any thought.

West Ham defender James Tomkins has admitted that he did the wrong thing when he went down clutching his face after being pushed by Everton’s Kevin Mirallas during Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at Goodison Park.
The 25-year-old has had his share of troubles this year with a court case after an incident outside a nightclub in Basildon as well as losing his place in the team to James Collins after suffering an injury.
And he didn’t do himself any favours on Saturday when Mirallas seemed to push him in the chest after the teams squared up to each other following another bad tackle on Morgan Amalfitano.
Tomkins reacted by holding his face and going down and he admits that it was not the way he should have acted.
“He has obviously caught me quite high on my neck and my chin and I am thinking about helping the team,” said Tomkins, who was widely castigated in social media as well as by pundits on television including former England striker Alan Shearer.
“Looking back it is not the way to react. The lad was over the top and pushed me with two hands, but from me it was just a reaction, it happens so quick and you don’t think at the time.”
Tomkins, who was booked in the incident, will hope for a positive reaction from the West Ham fans on Saturday when he is likely to keep his place in the starting line-up with Winston Reid suspended.

The difference between the Flores and Tomkins incidents was that Carroll's hand did brush Flores. Nothing touched Tomkins' face though.

For anyone accepting this behaviour in order to get an advantage over an opponent is a complete cunt. If we're going to win a game, it should be done on merit not cheating.
I suppose Terry also thinks Di Canio is a cunt for not converting that opportunity against Everton where instead of scoring he caught the ball in his hands as their goalkeeper was down injured.
